What to include
When reporting an issue, include your iPad model, iPadOS version, Pronotes version, and the steps that reproduce the problem. Screenshots or screen recordings are helpful when available.
Common workflows
Create notes, write or draw with Apple Pencil or touch, import PDFs, scan documents with the camera, add images, record audio, organize notebooks, search your library, and export notes from inside the app.
iCloud sync
iCloud sync is optional. If enabled, sync uses your personal Apple iCloud account. 2D Geometry, Inc. does not operate a server for your notes and cannot access your iCloud data.
